Outlook into the Future of Research Data Infrastructures – International Perspectives and Visions

In recent years, research data management has undergone rapid development, and now is the time to shape the future of research data infrastructures. These infrastructures have become essential to support researchers in effectively managing, analyzing, and sharing their data. But how should these infrastructures be designed to meet the evolving needs of the research community? We are excited to announce a workshop series dedicated to exploring this very question. We invite leading international experts to present their visions and insights and join us in exploring the future of research data infrastructures.

Details of the Event Series:

This workshop series is organized by the CMS to provide a platform for interdisciplinary exchange between experts in the field of research data infrastructures and interested participants from the scientific community. Through lectures, discussion panels, and interactive sessions, current challenges and future possibilities will be explored. Cloud technologies, FAIR principles, and Artificial Intelligence are essential aspects of the workshops. The goal of this event series is to provide a comprehensive insight into the future challenges and opportunities in the field of research data infrastructures. By bringing together diverse perspectives, we aim to develop concrete recommendations for services, technologies, and policy frameworks to sustainably advance research data infrastructures.

Who is this for?
