Looking into the Future of Research Data Management and Infrastructures – International Perspectives and Visions

In recent years, research data management has undergone rapid development, and it is now time to further shape research data infrastructures. These have become essential in supporting researchers in the effective management, analysis, and exchange of their data. But how must these infrastructures be designed to meet the changing demands of the research community? We are pleased to announce a workshop series dedicated precisely to this question. We are inviting leading international experts to present their visions and insights and to explore future developments in the field of research data infrastructures with us.

About the Workshop Series

The workshop series organized by the CMS provides a platform for interdisciplinary exchange between experts in the field of research data infrastructures and participants from the academic community. Through presentations, panel discussions, and interactive sessions, current challenges and future opportunities will be explored, with a focus on cloud technologies, FAIR principles, and artificial intelligence. The aim is to provide a comprehensive insight into future challenges and opportunities and to develop concrete recommendations for the further advancement of sustainable research data infrastructures.

Who is Invited?

We warmly invite interested researchers, data managers, IT specialists, librarians, and all other stakeholders to participate in this enriching academic discussion.
